Work with Marc

Built for the decision in front of you.

AI now leads much of my work. Innovation and Design Thinking remain core disciplines: how leaders frame problems, understand systems and turn new capability into useful change.

AI leadership & literacy

Senior leaders need a clear model of what AI can do, where it creates risk and how it changes the work of their people.

I design enterprise curricula, executive sessions and applied clinics that replace vague enthusiasm with informed action. Participants learn to assess use cases, question claims and make sound choices about adoption.

  • Executive AI sessions
  • Enterprise curriculum design
  • Applied use-case clinics

Innovation & Design Thinking

Innovation needs more than ideation. Teams must understand the people, incentives and interdependencies that shape the problem before they make the solution.

Design Thinking is my core discipline and the method behind much of my work. I am certified in Mastering Design Thinking by MIT Sloan. I help teams study the people affected, frame the real problem, map the surrounding system, generate options and test ideas with evidence.

  • Design Thinking, MIT Sloan certified
  • Systems mapping & interdependency work
  • Innovation capability & culture

Foresight & strategy

Foresight becomes useful when it changes a present decision. The work starts with signals and ends with a choice.

My Three Lenses of Foresight framework helps leaders hold long-range scanning, present-territory sense-making and near-term action in one model: Telescope, Map and Compass.

  • Horizon-scanning workshops
  • Scenario and implication work
  • Strategy application sessions

Senior capstone architecture

A capstone should produce evidence that a team can apply what it learned to a live organisational problem.

I work with sponsors to define the challenge, decision rights and success measures. Teams investigate users, prove the problem, test solutions and defend their progress in front of executive stakeholders.

  • Multi-cohort programme design
  • Team coaching cadence
  • Executive pitch and decision panels

Innovation Discovery Journeys

International site visits create value when every observation is connected to the organisation's own mandate.

I design and lead immersive programmes across China and Europe. Company visits, expert access and cultural briefing are paired with daily reflection that turns observation into practical implications.

  • Destination and visit architecture
  • Cross-cultural cohort preparation
  • Daily insight-to-action sessions

Client recommendations

What programme partners say.

A small selection from the people who have commissioned the work, joined the room and seen what participants do with it.

He is by far one of the most brilliant Design Thinking trainers we've dealt with. He is not your average trainer. His unconventional way of teaching makes the training super exciting and engaging.

How the work holds together

Methods with a purpose.

These methods give teams a shared language, enough structure to make progress and room to think for themselves.

Three Lenses of Foresight

Telescope for what is coming. Map for the environment as it stands. Compass for the decisions that move the organisation forward.

Guided Mastery

Incremental challenge, learning by doing and immediate application. Participants leave having practised the work, not merely heard about it.

Systems Thinking

Practical mapping and physical exercises make interdependencies, competing incentives and cascading effects visible before teams choose where to act.
